It was clear to me that from a young age that art was going to be an important part of my life. I was accepted in an art program in elementary school that helped me as well as guided me into the artist I am today. My favorite aspect of art is that every mistake can happen for a reason or can be used as a learning experience.
Drawing was therapeutic and a way for me to cope with loss and my childhood. It was a way to express everything I was feeling without even saying a word.  I continue on the path to be an artist because I want to spend the rest of my life creating and doing something that I love.
